You may not modify, or maliciously modify, without bona fide intention, the materials at eBekal in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose. Any use of these materials on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. The materials at eBekal are copyrighted and any unauthorized use of any materials at eBekal may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws (including “the governing law”). The governing law for the Terms is the laws of Malaysia irrespective of your current location or jurisdiction when accessing eBekal. The Terms also apply irrespective of what methods used, or how you view or gain access to eBekal, or printed version of eBekal. In violation of any governing law, may subject you to the punishment or penalty imposed by the said law; and it would imply that Service Provider may also subject to the remedies provided by the said law.

All contents contained in eBekal are strictly owned by Service Provider and respective subscribers.

 

“Subscribers”, in this context, may include those of merchant(s), customer(s), expected buyer(s), and registered user(s).

 

“Contents”, in this context, may refer to any article, announcement, notice, news, charts (including Organization Chart), personally identifiable information, images, products information, user personal information, and others.

 

No republication or reproduction allowed; UNLESS permission had been obtained, or at least, notice had been given to Service Provider.

 

5.0               INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

All the trademarks, copyrights, patents, designs, concepts and any other thing, including the respective logos and descriptions of any product relating to Service Provider, eBekal, and the subscribers are strictly protected by the laws of Malaysia.

 

All other trademarks displayed as the links, advertisements, and affiliations are trademarks of their respective owners.

 

6.0               LINKS TO EBEKAL

 

You may create links to eBekal from other sites or your own site; but shall not in violation of Service Provider’s rights and interests, and shall in compliance with all applicable laws. You may also create links to eBekal provided that such links shall not harm the reputation and goodwill of Service Provider. Notice may be required, in writing or any other method as may fit for this purpose.

 

“Links” in this purpose may constitute text links, image links, advertisement banners, banner exchange, and others. No other meaning should prejudice the intended meaning.

 

7.0               VARIATION

 

Service Provider shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to review, amend, add or vary any of the provisions of this Terms from time to time as we deem fit without assigning any reasons whatsoever and you shall be bound by such amendments, additions or variations.

Service Provider relies on your continued observance of these Terms. In the event where Service Provider suffer any loss or damage or incur any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation, then you agree to indemnify Service Provider for those losses, damages and costs.

 

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of the agreement which will continue in full force and effect.

 

All rights not expressly granted herein, and the remainder rights, are reserved.
