eBekal Policies
Shipping

1. All items ordered will be delivered to you within 14 working days (Delivery Period) provided the acceptance of payment on the same day the order was made.
2. Delivery period refers to shipment within Malaysia and exclude number of days for custom clearance and any other clearance where applicable. Refer to our eBekal Online Help page for details.
3. Shipment is made on working days (Monday to Friday) only, except public holiday
4. eBekal shall not be held responsible should there is any delay at the customs clearance point.

6. eBekal does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or Military Base addresses.
7. It is your obligation to provide the correct address details at the time of ordering. Should you provide the wrong address, you will have to bear the re-routing fee and all losses that might occur.

Return/Refund

1. Items must be returned (for refund or replacement) within 3 working days from the date of acceptance of delivery.
2. If the product(s) is (are) being damaged during shipment, please inform by e-mailing us immediately. Any complaints for damage made after 3 working days of delivery will not be entertained. You must return defective or damaged goods within 3 working days after receipt.  We will guarantee an arrangement for a replacement (subject to stock availability) at our cost or make a full refund for you once we receive the return.
3. Products can only be returned only when the products delivered are damaged or defective upon delivery or do not correspond with the order made.
4. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

THIS WEBSITE, http://www.ebekal.com.my (hereinafter referred to as the “eBekal”) is managed and provided by FITOS SDN BHD (Company No. 457824-D) (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider", “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

2. NON-DISCLOSURE

Unless otherwise provided, Service Provider will not sell or rent or distribute any of your personally identifiable information to anyone either through eBekal or in any manner.  However, eBekal would disclose your information to assist the enforcement/authorities to identify persons who may be violating the law, the legal notice, or the rights of third parties. Cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities.

Service Provider may set and access our cookies on your computer.“Cookies” are particularly used for online forum database to identify repeat users so that we are able to customize the interface to your preferences set in your profile and information database.

It is hereby expressly agreed and declared by the parties hereto notwithstanding any of the provisions of this policy to the contrary, the provisions of this policy may at any time and from time to time be varied or amended.
